At Uncivilized, we stand by the quality of our gear, but if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
